Renault India has officially launched the 2025 Renault Triber facelift, priced from ₹6.29 lakh to ₹9.16 lakh (ex-showroom). This marks the first significant update to its compact 7‑seater MPV since its debut in 2019, offering refreshed styling, enhanced cabin features, and added safety—while retaining its reliable powertrain.
Variant Line-up & Pricing
The facelift introduces four distinct trims, with variant-wise pricing as follows:
- Authentic (manual): ₹6.29 lakh
- Evolution (manual): ₹7.24–7.25 lakh
- Techno (manual): ₹7.99–8.00 lakh
- Emotion: ₹8.64 lakh (manual) | ₹9.17 lakh (AMT)
These prices reflect a nominal increase of ₹14,000 to ₹41,000 over previous models. The Emotion trim is the only variant offering the 5-speed Automated Manual Transmission (AMT).

Engine & Mechanical Details
Under the hood, the facelifted Triber retains its familiar 1.0‑litre 3‑cylinder petrol engine, producing around 72 hp and 96 Nm torque, paired with either a 5‑speed manual gearbox or optional AMT on the top variant. A dealer‑fitted CNG kit remains available for the manual trims, complete with a three-year warranty.
Styling & Exterior Enhancements
The refreshed design features include:
- A sleek gloss-black grille with bold vertical slats
- LED projector headlamps with integrated DRLs and redesigned bumper
- Renault’s new retro-style diamond logo debuting on the grille and steering wheel
- Updated smoked LED tail-lights connected by a black panel at the rear
- 15‑inch dual-tone steel wheels and gloss-black door handles
New body colours—Zanskar Blue, Shadow Grey, and Amber Terracotta—enhance choice, and dual-tone finishes cost an additional ₹23,000.

Interior & Feature Upgrades
Inside, the cabin has been modernised with:
- A dual-tone black and beige dashboard inspired by Renault’s Kiger SUV
- Floating 8‑inch touchscreen infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- LED ambient cabin lighting, updated upholstery, digital instrument cluster
- Handy features like cruise control, auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, auto-fold ORVMs, wireless charging, and remote keyless entry
- Dedicated AC vents and charging ports for second and third row passengers
Interior storage totals approximately 23 litres, and flexible seating lets users configure between 5, 6, or 7 passengers, with up to 625 litres of boot space when the third row is removed.
Safety Enhancements
Renault has beefed up safety across all trims with:
- Six airbags (front, side, curtain) as standard
- Front parking sensors—a segment first for this class
- 360-degree camera, ESP, TPMS, hill-start assist, ABS with EBD, brake assist, ISOFIX mounts, speed alert system and seat belt reminders

Positioning & Market Context
Renault Triber remains the brand’s highest-volume model in India. With this facelift, it continues to compete aggressively in the sub‑₹10 lakh MPV segment, going head-to-head with rivals like the Maruti Ertiga, Kia Carens, Mahindra Bolero Neo, and Maruti XL6—many of which are priced substantially higher.
Renault hopes the combination of refreshed styling, improved safety, and spacious practicality will reinforce Triber’s value-for-money positioning.

- Delivers design and feature upgrades without increasing engine displacement or fuel costs
- Offers segment-first safety features and tech amenities at affordable price points
